About the role
We are looking for a Middle Content Creator with a strong focus on AI-generated video and short-form content. You will create, edit, and test a high volume of creative assets for ads and social media, combining AI tools with traditional video editing and visual design. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the team lead on creative ideas, hooks, scripts, and performance-driven content.

What will you do?

• Generate and direct AI visuals and video using tools such as Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Sora, Veo, Higgsfield, or other relevant tools
• Create characters, scenes, b-roll, avatars, and voiceovers using AI
• Produce a high volume of creative variations for testing, including hooks, openers, and formats
• Create and edit short-form video for ads and social media using CapCut or similar tools
• Adapt content for different platforms, formats, ratios, pacing, and hooks
• Film basic content yourself when needed
• Keep the asset library organized and versioned so the team can easily find and reuse content
• Work with the team lead on creative ideas, hooks, and scripts

What are we looking for?

• Real video-editing experience – you can take a brief and a reference and deliver a solid first cut independently
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools such as Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Sora, Veo, Higgsfield, or similar
• Experience using AI tools in real projects, not just experiments
• Hands-on experience with Figma and/or Canva for static design
• A performance mindset – you're curious about why one creative performs better than another and use those insights in the next batch
• Strong visual taste and a feel for modern digital aesthetics
• Good time management and full-time availability for on-site work in Prague
• Attention to detail when working in a regulated financial environment – we'll teach you the rules, but you'll need to follow compliance requirements and be comfortable reworking content when necessary

Languages

• English – must-have
• Czech – nice to have
• Russian – an advantage

Nice to have

• A good sense of hooks, headlines, and short ad scripts
• Experience in fintech, lending, or other regulated/performance-driven industries
• Basic understanding of paid social metrics
