Breakfast Waiter for a lifestyle hotel

You will join our diverse breakfast team, led by Silvia, our Breakfast Manager. Together, we serve a fresh, plant-forward à la carte menu alongside a delicious cold buffet, bringing our conscious and zero-waste approach to every part of the breakfast experience.
You will help our guests start their day feeling genuinely welcomed, well looked after, and connected to our food philosophy.

• Welcoming our guests and introducing them to our breakfast concept and menu.
• Helping guests navigate dietary preferences and requirements with confidence and care.
• Serving coffee, drinks, and dishes accurately and efficiently.
• Keeping the dining room tidy, well stocked, and ready for our guests throughout the service.
• Following our service standards and sequence of service.
• Working closely with the kitchen and service team to resolve any little hiccups quickly.
• Bringing positive energy, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to the team.
• This is a full-time position with 8.5-hour shifts, including a paid break, five days per week. Morning shifts run from 06:00 to 14:30. Weekend and public holiday shifts are shared fairly on a rotating schedule.

What makes you a match

• At least two years of experience as a waiter or server, ideally in a busy breakfast operation or high-end hotel.
• Experience from a similar fast-paced environment is also welcome, especially if you are confident in guest care, teamwork, and keeping the service moving.
• You are reliable, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of your section.
• You communicate clearly and naturally put the guest first.
• You are open to learning from others and enjoy sharing your own knowledge.
• You speak English at a conversational level. Additional languages are an advantage.
• You have valid authorisation to work in the Czech Republic.
